WE COVER THE HOURS EVERYONE ELSE SLEEPS THROUGH

4AM Society is an independent publication for electronic music and club culture, built by people who never left the dancefloor. We cover the festivals, artists, venues and scenes shaping electronic music in India and around the world.

WHAT WE COVER

Festival Coverage

From Indian festivals to major international events, we bring you on-ground reviews, previews, stage reports and stories that go beyond the press release.

Industry News

Lineup drops, venue news, tour announcements and the business of electronic music. Fast, clear coverage of the things moving the scene forward.

Club Culture

Venue reviews, scene reports, artist stories and late-night writing about the culture that exists beyond the festival calendar.

WHY 4AM SOCIETY EXISTS

Electronic music in India stopped being a subculture years ago. The coverage never quite caught up.

Most global dance music publications treat India as a footnote. Most Indian entertainment publications treat electronic music as a footnote. 4AM Society exists in that gap.

We started with a simple idea: electronic music in India deserves serious coverage, and the people living the scene deserve a publication that understands it.

From Mumbai and Bengaluru to Goa, Delhi, Shillong and beyond, we cover the artists, festivals, venues and communities shaping the scene, while keeping an eye on what is happening across the global electronic music landscape.
